Our Mini Steelkids classes for 3–5 year olds are the perfect next step in your child’s football journey - combining fun, friendship, and fundamental skill-building in a supportive and active environment.

Each session is packed with age-appropriate football games and physical activities designed to develop agility, balance, coordination, and basic ball skills, while also encouraging teamwork, confidence, and independence. Children will begin learning how to move with the ball, pass, shoot, and work with others through imaginative and engaging challenges.

While the focus is still on learning through play, these sessions introduce a bit more structure to help prepare children for the next stage in their sporting development. Children are encouraged to participate more independently, but our coaches are always on hand to offer support - and parents are welcome to step in when needed to help build confidence or ease transitions.

Led by enthusiastic, experienced coaches who understand early years development, Mini Steelkids is all about positive early experiences in sport, building strong physical foundations and a love of being active that lasts a lifetime.
