Our Women’s Walking Football sessions are a welcoming, inclusive way to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the game – no matter your age or experience. Designed for women aged 40 and over, the sessions offer a fun and supportive environment to improve fitness, meet new people, and fall in love with football at a pace that suits you.
For those keen to take it further, our Women’s Walking Football team also competes in regional leagues and national competitions – proudly representing Motherwell on and off the pitch.
Sessions are £5 per person and payment is by cash at each session. You only need to register once for the full block and when registered you'll be added to our group chat that we use to find out everyone's availability for upcoming sessions.

ClassForKids is designed primarily for children's activities, so some terminology may not reflect adult sessions. For any adult classes, please enter the participants details in the "child details" section and use the "parent/guardian details" to provide their primary emergency contact.
